Paying for
Advertising III published in June 2003, continues to be the
most comprehensive survey of agency remuneration in the UK, widely used by
advertisers and agencies as a reliable benchmark of practice.

the hourly charge out rates of key agency personnel and how payment by
results schemes are designed. Based on the views of 104 advertisers
responding to a 20 page questionnaire. The report contains 9 chapters
