Delivery is free regardless of the number of reports bought or destination. Reports are always sent guaranteed service "signed for". In the event of a confirmed "loss in transit" ARC ltd. will re-ship the reports ordered at its cost.
Orders to the UK typically take 1-2 working days, to Europe less than 5 working days, to the USA less than 7 working days and to Asia 10 working days. However please allow 3-14 days (depending on destination) from the date we send you an e-mail confirming your order has been sent. All deliveries are subject to availability of stock.
Orders paid by cheque have the same delivery times but please also add the time required to receive your cheque and clear funds.
RETURNS POLICY
You may easily cancel your order at any time before an email is sent by the company confirming your order has been dispatched. If you have paid by credit card this will entail our merchant account re-crediting your card. If this is not a Sterling credit card (and you have paid for the report in Sterling) than the bank repayment may differ from the original payment due to currency conversion.
Under EU distance selling regulations an INDIVIDUAL customer may also return an order within 7 days from the day after their receipt of the goods. Whilst we understand that this regulation does not presently apply to business to business transactions ARC will extend the policy to cover these purchases.
In order to make a return you will first need to contact ARC to obtain a returns number. The report must be in unopened condition and re-saleable and sent to the company address below. ARC is not responsible for damage in transit of the return. You are strongly advised to make your return using appropriate packaging and a guaranteed and insured service "signed for" otherwise, without our actual receipt of the returned report, we will be unable to make a refund.
Returns must also be accompanied by a copy of the invoice together with the returns number. Any refund will only be credited to the original credit card or if paid for by cheque, then a cheque. ARC does not refund your return shipping costs. Please allow 28 days for the crediting of a refund, although this is likely to be sooner.
